1. The present guarantee does not apply to domain names, bandwidth or traffic billing, setup fees, Managed hosting packages, web design service and SEO. Exception made of the shared hosting solutions, bandwidth consumed by the user during the period of operation will be billed at the rate of Rs.45/- INR per GB transferred.

2. There is no 100% refund available after the 30th day, you will be refunded only the remainder of your term.

3. The money-back guarantee does not apply on VPS and Dedicated server please note that you will not be given any refund, you can cancel your monthly subscription from your account control panel or it may be automatically cancelled and terminated due to non-payment issue.

Cancellation Procedure:

In order to cancel your account or terminate any existing hosting plan under a money back guarantee. the owner of the account must send an in a written email, from your account control panel within 30 days of the account’s activation thoroughly account cancellation form. the request will be processed within 3-5 business days.
